CII Campaign to re-engage opted out members

We would like to update you on one of the key projects we are working on across the CII, to re-engage members who have unsubscribed, often unintentionally, from all of our digital communications over the last few years.

The aim of this initiative is to increase the number of members we can reach using our digital communication channels. Following agreement with our data officer and legal teams, we will shortly launch an 8-week re-engagement campaign targeting this cohort of members, to gently re introduce them to the benefits of membership.

Once the initial campaign is complete, these members will be prompted to update their communication preferences in MyCII / MyPFS, to ensure they receive communications relating to their specific areas of interest.

Once the campaign has concluded in late July, institutes will see a significant uplift in the volume of members that they can contact through the e-flyer system, which presents an opportunity for wider engagement.
