A notification was issued to all members in the January edition of The Journal and February edition of FS magazine to help promote 2016 local institute AGM dates and to raise awareness of the benefits of getting involved with local institute councils.
Subsequently the regional membership team are now developing an AGM toolkit to ensure that the AGM process is streamlined to reduce the time and effort involved in running this key local institute event whilst ensuring key AGM protocol is adhered to.
The team have consulted on this project during the Q1 development plan meetings and based on local institute feedback the toolkit will contain a number of templates, key tasks and guidance notes.
The toolkit will be ready later this year ready for use leading up to the 2017 AGMs.
In the meantime if you have any suggestions regarding what you would want included in the AGM toolkit then please contact your Regional Membership Manager to discuss.
