It may seem like a speck on the horizon at the moment, but please diarise the deadline for submission of your annual returns.
The last date for annual financial returns is 31 May (please note your officer returns must be submitted within seven days of your AGM).
Late submission will result in a delay of the second tranche of your ordinary grant payment, so please ensure your documents are completed, uploaded and submitted via Network Know-how.
The documents you are required to submit are:
- AGM minutes
- Officer returns (using the Excel template provided)
- Financial returns summary
- Year end accounts
- Annual dinner.
