As part of the CII’s CPD Accreditation standards it is best practice to issue feedback forms at your CPD events. They are an essential tool with which to establish whether delegate learning needs have been met, that the learning is of the expected quality and what other training your members would value. With your agreement the AMM team will analyse the feedback on your behalf.
Log into 'My LI' then select 'Tools' and 'Template Tools' to tailor a feedback form with your institute logo and event details.
We are aware that the collation and analysis of hard copy feedback forms will be time consuming to manage, so please send your completed forms post event to:
Chartered Insurance Institute
A summary of the feedback will then be issued to you for your council’s review and discussion.
