Your Regional Membership Manager will be in touch over the coming weeks to discuss your local institute’s annual performance assessment.
The purpose of the assessment is to measure all local institute’s performance across six key areas:
• Governance
• Continuing Professional Development
• Representation and servicing of all member segments
• Communication
• Exam centre operation (where applicable)
• Annual dinner, social events and charitable support.
By focusing on best practice, the intention is to support and ensure consistent high performance across the entire local institute network.
It serves as a roadmap for institute councils to follow as they strive to provide the best service to their members.
You can now view and download the assessment form below.
At your meeting with your RMM you will be informed of your results in respect of your institute’s communications, CPD and annual dinner results. This information will be used when completing the assessment criteria relating to these items.
As you are aware, the results from the annual assessment are now linked to the funding each institute receives annually from the CII. Distribution of these monies will recognise and reward best practice and, in doing so, ensure the equitable distribution of funds across the network.
Please note your completed assessments will need to be submitted to the CII no later than 30 September 2016.
