2014 saw the introduction of institute development plans – an initiative designed to assist incoming Presidents identify and plan all the key responsibilities of their institute – governance, CPD, member engagement, exams, communications and social activities. It helps to identify where their institute is performing strongly and also those areas requiring greater focus.
Over the coming weeks your AMM will be contacting your Deputy President to agree a convenient time to discuss the plan for 2015.
