Future leaders in claims, underwriting, insurance broking and the London Market are now being invited to put themselves forward as part of the 2016/17 New Generation Programme.

The year-long programme, run by the CII’s Faculties department, supports the development of tomorrow’s insurance stars and the retention of talent. It provides members of the programme with a wide range of learning and training opportunities, including interactive sessions delivered by the FCA, Members of Parliament and trade bodies within the insurance sector, as well as the completion of a project based around an issue relevant to the insurance profession.
Applicants for this year’s programme, which starts in the autumn, must be members of the CII and members of the appropriate faculty, have between five and ten years insurance industry experience and be qualified to at least Dip CII level.
The deadline for applications is 5pm on Friday 5 August 2016.
