Local institute annual assessments

Thank you to all local institutes who have so far completed their annual assessment in conjunction with their Regional Membership Manager.

All institutes should now have a meeting date in the diary with their RMM to complete their assessment ahead of the 30 September 2017 submission date.

The purpose of the assessment is to measure all local institutes’ performance across six key areas:

  • Governance
  • Continuing Professional Development
  • Engagement
  • Communications
  • Exam centre operations (where applicable)
  • Annual dinner, social events and charitable support.

As you are aware, the results from the annual assessment are now linked to the funding each institute receives annually from the CII.

Distribution of these monies will recognise and reward best practice and, in doing so, ensure the equitable distribution of funds across the network.
