The CII is implementing a proactive strategy to promote and grow membership across all key markets in general insurance.
To help achieve this Carly Knights has been recruited as a Professional Development Manager reporting into Lee Travis, Partnerships and Member Engagement Director.
Carly will be responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive centralised CPD programme delivered nationally to our members across the UK. This will include the development of a series of conference style events for the CIIs general insurance market which is due to launch later this year.
Working across all areas of the CII group the core focus of this role will be on increasing the membership proposition to support existing members and attract new members in specific sectors and markets.
