From exclusive sessions at the FCA and Parliament to learning skills in how to handle the media, successful applicants will benefit from a range of leadership development opportunities designed to enhance your career potential and let you stand out from the crowd.
In addition, the separate faculty groups - claims, underwriting, insurance broking and the London Market - will drive forward an exciting new project to help improve customer outcomes and the insurance profession. The programme is free and there are only places for 40 members a year.
You must have:
o The support of your line manager
o A commitment to pursuing relevant professional qualifications
o A minimum qualification of Dip CII
o A minimum of five (but no more than ten) years' experience
o Commit to attend the five development sessions and to dedicate time to the group project
o Be a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and of the relevant faculty
