The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has developed Insuring Women’s Futures (IWF) to further improve women’s financial resilience as it is the right thing to do for our society and economy and is also vital for building trust in a successful insurance and personal finance profession.
The CII, the IWF Committee and the Market Task Force (MTF) are all collaborating to provide leadership to this agenda. Collaboration is key to tackling complex problems and driving change across society. IWF’s success is entirely dependent on the enthusiasm and determination of people like our volunteers across the local institute network in order to work with us to make change happen.
To really impact the attitudes, systems and behaviours that influence women’s financial resilience, we need to collaborate with diverse people and organisations that can be catalysts for change across communities.
