The CII are happy to announce that the CII’s New Generation Programme 2019/2020 has now launched for applications. We are welcoming applications for the programme until Friday 9th August.
The New Generation programme is seeking rising stars to join the flagship talent programme, made up of promising professionals split into four groups – claims, under-writing, broking and the London Market. The 40 successful applicants will get to network with other rising stars from the profession, rub shoulders with key Financial Conduct Authority personnel, meet members of parliament and learn how to handle the media.
The year-long programme requires group to work together on a project they believe could make a difference to the insurance profession and present it to the CII’s board. Previous groups have delivered projects that have challenged the insurance profession on serious issues that impact consumers from claims handling to best practice with vulnerable customers.
