The CII is developing a new approach to member and learner segmentation based on career stages, and introducing a new Professional Map, a competency framework that will ultimately help individuals and organisations in developing well rounded professionals, with the right mix of knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
Local Institute insight and involvement has been sought via the Local Institute National Forum, with an invite to LINF members to participate in an online focus group taking place in early December 2020.
This initial discussion, delivered by Ian Simons (Customer Director) and Vanessa Riboloni (Insight Manager), will ensure that the ‘career stage segmentation’ and ‘Professional Map’ resonate with our local institute network; giving you the opportunity to have your say in the way that the CII’s member and learning offerings are designed and delivered.
The focus group will also discuss how this piece of work could be utilised locally as an engagement tool with both members and non-members.
