Two new vacancies have arisen at the CII for Business Development Executives (BDE) to join the Corporate Development team to be part of a growing team to work with businesses across the regions, to offer help and support and to ensure firms are well supported with all the staff and development needs.
The team already has BDE’s based in the North and in Central London so these new positions, based in the Midlands and the South, will continue the good work to build new corporate relationships for the CII Group, with a particular focus on regional broker and advisory firms in insurance and financial planning. The role will also develop existing relationships with firms already associated with the Group, promoting the range and value of CII Groups products and services to them.
The CII are looking for someone who can capitalise on first introductions to build relationships for the longer term. The successful candidates will work effectively with colleagues internally – across the CIIs marketing, customer service, engagement and learning functions – to ensure the organisation can create and fulfil opportunities for growth.
