Work is ongoing to provide a new eflyer system which is integrated with local institute websites. Using pre-designed templates, the new eflyer system will automatically insert the details from your chosen event into an email – improving both the look and design of the email, and more importantly saving you time in its creation.
Several different email templates are currently being created:
• Single Event Email
• Multiple Event Email
• News Bulletin for news and/or events
• Linked Event Email (event hosted by multiple institutes)
The system will be rolled out in three stages: 1) single event 2) multiple event / news bulletin and 3) linked event.
The single event email will be piloted by a small handful of institutes in May, with rollout to the network expected in June/July. A communication will be issued to your institute in advance of the pilot to advise of changes being made to your webpages.
