Post-event feedback is now an essential part of your CPD offering as it enables you to consider how your members view your CPD offering to ensure that you can develop your programme and meet your members' needs.
You can identify trends both positive and negative which will help you to shape your programme and ensure members continue to engage with your institute for their CPD needs.
Feedback forms can be created with your institute branding, via the online template tool, which is accessible through the TOOLS tab once you log in through the My LI tab. You can also create attendance certificates to send to your attendees.
Completed forms should then be mailed to the regional membership team who will analyse on your behalf.
