As part of our commitment to supporting institutes in delivering the best possible service to their members, we would like to remind you that local institutes may request a six-month follow-up meeting to the Annual Review and Development Plan discussion.
This optional session provides an opportunity to:
Reflect on progress and achievements since the annual review.
Identify any areas where additional support may be required.
Share good practice so institutes can focus resources on the most impactful activities.
The review process is designed to highlight what works well across the network, ensuring all institutes have a clear roadmap to guide their priorities. By taking advantage of this six-month check-in, councils can ensure they remain on track with their development plans while also accessing timely support where it is most beneficial.
