The CII’s Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scheme ensures that CII/PFS members keep their skills and knowledge up-to-date and, in turn, remain competent to perform their job.
All CII qualified members will need to complete a minimum of 35 hours’ compulsory CPD in a 12 month period, of which at least 21 hours must be structured CPD.
It is important to note that this CPD requirement is not generally an additional requirement to development activity ordinarily undertaken in the course of an individual’s employment, but incorporates this.
