You can contact your PFS members via the e-flyer system. Simply use the data list titled 'pfs_DATEYEAR'.
To establish who your PFS members are and who they work for contact your Membership Secretary who has access to your Membership Data.
The PFS has local committees that work on a regional basis as opposed to the CII model of local institutes. Therefore, it is likely that several of your neighbouring CII local institutes are part of the same PFS region. Consider contacting the local PFS committee for advice and support.
